We offer this service for computers you have bought from us. A computer is an electronic and mechanical device and just like a car it will benefit from regular servicing. We recommend your business computer is serviced every 6 months and your home computer is serviced every 12 months.

System settings - we call it configuration - to ensure your machine is receiving the correct instructions to load and operate your programs correctly.

Hardware drivers - the programs that allow your printer and other bits and pieces to talk to your computer - these may have more updated versions which may cure any problems you may
be having.

Operating system updates - these are additions, fixes and patches that are released regularly to ensure that your programs run without glitches and are secure and reliable.
